Talk to Our Team

At Acclinate, we’re committed to fostering the next generation of health equity champions. That’s why we launched the Acclinate Health Equity Scholarship Program—to support passionate students who are dedicated to creating more inclusive and equitable healthcare systems.

We’re proud to announce the winners of our 2025 undergraduate and graduate scholarships, whose commitment and vision align with Acclinate's mission to elevate community voices in healthcare.

“Supporting the next generation of health equity leaders is at the heart of what we do. Krish and Angel represent the kind of vision, talent, and passion we need to build a more inclusive future in healthcare. At Acclinate, we’re proud to invest in students who are not just dreaming of change, but actively creating it.”

— Tiffany Whitlow, Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer, Acclinate

Krish Nachnani

Krish Nachnani
Rising High School Senior, The Harker School

Krish Nachnani, a high-achieving high school junior going into his senior year, has been awarded Acclinate’s undergraduate scholarship for his academic excellence and innovative thinking. With an outstanding GPA and a video submission that was not only informative but engaging—complete with images, data, and even a little music—Krish impressed us with his curiosity and ability to connect ideas. We’re eager to see how Krish will bring his creativity and analytical skills to health equity in the future.

“When I visited Kenya, I saw firsthand how limited access to medical care can shape someone’s future. That experience motivated me to develop an AI-powered glaucoma screening tool that’s lightweight and accurate, so that it can be more easily implemented in low-resource settings. My goal is to bring this tool back to communities like the ones I visited.”

— Krish Nachnani

Angel Edwards

Angel Edwards
Graduate Student, University of Michigan College of Pharmacy

Angel Edwards, an accomplished PhD-track student with a proven record of internships — including with Johnson & Johnson—has been awarded our graduate scholarship. Her video presentation was heartfelt and authentic, showcasing her passion for advancing health equity and her deep investment in her studies. Angel’s stellar academic performance and real-world experiences make her a standout leader in healthcare, and we’re honored to support her on her journey.

“As a future pharmacist and health equity advocate, I’m honored to receive Acclinate’s Health Equity Scholarship. This support affirms my commitment to addressing disparities in healthcare access and outcomes, particularly within underserved communities. I’m grateful for organizations like Acclinate that are investing in students who are passionate about creating a more inclusive and just healthcare system.”

— Angel Edwards

Looking Ahead to the Future of Health Equity
Both Krish and Angel embody the kind of drive and vision that Acclinate aims to nurture through our scholarship program. As they continue to learn and grow, we’re confident they’ll play a crucial role in reshaping healthcare to be more equitable and representative of all communities. Let’s celebrate Krish Nachnani and Angel Edwards as they inspire others to join the fight for health equity.

At Acclinate, we believe that the future of health equity lies in the hands of dedicated advocates like Krish and Angel, and we are committed to empowering those who strive to make healthcare more inclusive and fairer for everyone. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to champion the next generation of health equity leaders.
