In reality, we’re just as invested in people as we are in systems.  Over the years, I’ve seen colleagues buy homes, start families, and advance into new roles—all milestones that our operational support helped make possible. But in operations, broken systems come at too high a cost.  That’s why we’ve built checks and balances into our workflows. Weekly progress notes give every team member visibility into what’s been accomplished and what obstacles need attention. Training logs tied to standard operating procedures (SOPs) keep us compliant across diverse projects and customer requirements. Internal dashboards track everything from completed tasks to upcoming deadlines, helping us catch issues before they snowball.  Even small details matter. Something as simple as making sure every new hire has an email signature and knows which scheduling tool we use prevents confusion down the road.
